Shipping policy
Processing time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping within the United States:
We ship all US orders from our domestic warehouse.
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days. Free on all orders.
Every order includes complimentary tracked shipping. You can monitor your package at any time using the tracking number provided via email.
International shipping:
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:
Canada and Mexico: 5–10 business days. Europe (UK, EU): 7–14 business days. Australia and New Zealand: 10–18 business days. Rest of world: 10–21 business days.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders above $75 may qualify for free international shipping — the discount will apply automatically at checkout if eligible.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@accelecom.co.
Delivery issues:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with other household members or neighbors.
- Check any safe spots where a carrier may have left the package.
- Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before actual drop-off.
- Contact us at info@accelecom.co with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify the shipping address after an order has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred by address errors.
