Refund policy

At ResonaCore, we stand behind every unit we ship. If our product doesn't meet your expectations, we make the return process straightforward and fair.

The 30-Night Sleep Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your ResonaCore Bio-Frequency Healing System for a full refund to your original payment method.

No justification required. No retention calls. No store credit substitutions unless you request one.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Email info@accelecom.co with your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the device in its original packaging (or any secure packaging) and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Refund method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it on our end.

Condition of returned items:

We accept returns of used items. We expect you to actually use the device that's the only way to know if it works for you. We ask only that the device be returned in functional condition, not physically damaged through misuse (drops, water damage, intentional disassembly).

Items not eligible for return:

Digital products (eBooks, frequency guides, and protocol cards) delivered via email are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." However, these are always included free with your device — you are never charged separately for them.

Damaged or defective items:

If your device arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, email us at info@accelecom.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you, with no need to return the defective unit.

Lost packages:

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
